Vivo V11 Launching Soon in Pakistan

The first smartphone with an in-display fingerprint scanner in Pakistan

The Vivo V11 (also referred to as the Vivo V11 Pro) is a one-of-its-kind smartphone. It is among the first smartphones to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner which is state-of-the-art technology on its own. It is not just about the in-display fingerprint scanner through, the Vivo V11 is an eye-catching smartphone with an impressive bezel-less screen and a remarkable camera.

If you are not a fan of the dreaded notch on the smartphone then there is both good news and bad news for you with the Vivo V11. The bad news is that there is a notch on the front of the smartphone. The good news though is that this notch is much smaller than other smartphones and is circular in shape, covering just the selfie camera of the Vivo V11 Pro. Unlike other smartphones, the notch on the Vivo V11 sits in quite well and actually adds to the pleasing looks of the smartphone.

Moving on to the build and dimensions, the Vivo V11 is solidly built with a glass body and a plastic frame but what stands out is its thickness of just 7.9 mm and superb screen-to-body ratio of 85.2%. The display is a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED screen with a FHD resolution.

In terms of the power specifications, the Vivo V11 is a midrange smartphone that sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset with an octa-core processor, 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of internal storage and an expandable memory slot. There is the standard Bluetooth 5.0, FM Radio, and USB 2.0 connectivity on-board but the smartphone does support fast-charging. Overall, the Vivo V11 should be on par with other midrange smartphones in terms of performance.

The powerful camera setup on the V11 Pro is yet another standout feature of the smartphone with a 12 MP + 5 MP dual back camera with phase detection auto focus and depth sensing, and an exceptional 25 MP front camera that comes with HDR. So if you are a selfie lover, you will definitely enjoy owning a Vivo V11.

Lastly, the battery on the Vivo V11 is an average non-removable 3500 mAh battery that should be able to last you through the day (thanks to the energy-efficient LED display). The good part is that with the dual-engine QuickCharge 3.0 on-board with support for 18W charging, you can charge the Vivo V11 from 0 to 45% in just half an hour!

The Vivo V11 was announced in early September but the smartphone is already available for pre-booking in Pakistan since 6th September 2018. We expect the smartphone to be available in the market by the end of this month which will make it the first smartphone in Pakistan to feature an in-display fingerprint scanner, as reported by Hateem.
