With phones such as Huawei P10 on the market with it’s over the top features, another Huawei phone has come out with some extra features and game-changing capabilities. Presenting, the Huawei P10 Plus.
The price is not available right now.
In the fast changing world of tech today, a lot of RAM, battery power and a good battery are essential features for a phone. The Huawei P10 Plus offers these and a whole lot more. Let us see how it starts.
The phone comes packed in a 5.5” screen, all in an aluminum frame which gives the phone that premium feel, not unlike cheap plastic. It offers also front and back glass protection for all your phone dropping needs.
It has a corning gorilla glass 5 and multi-touch and with a weight of 165g, this is quite the heavy phone, though not as much as the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The screen size is quite adequate since it could have been a lot smaller like the IPhone 5 with its 4” screen.
The phone runs on a HiSilicon Kirin 960 chipset which is actually a really good chipset with 8 cores running at hertz between 1.8 and 2.4 Ghz. The android version starts off at Nougat and can be upgraded further to Oreo.
Now, one of the most impressive features of this phone is the RAM. One would imagine somewhere around 4GB in such a phone but what the P10 Plus offers really astonishes any user looking to buy this phone; 6 whole GB of RAM. Now, this makes it a very capable phone which can easily handle excessive multi-tasking and modern gaming like PUBG Online on highest graphics with well rendered environment and hardly any drops in frame rate. The drawback though, is that the micro SD uses the second SIM slot so either keep an extra contact or extra storage.
The main camera of this phone offers results in two cameras; a 12MP one and a 20MP one. This is an extremely impressive camera with lossless zoom which means you can zoom in and take pictures without any compromise in picture quality. Video making at a quality of 2160p at 30fps.
The selfie camera of this phone features 8MP which isn’t as impressive for a front camera since there are phones with better capabilities in a lesser price but then again, the main camera is impressive and more than makes up for this lack in the front camera.
The phone runs on a battery of 3750mah which is actually a good battery power. It is not as good as the 4000mah that comes in some phones nowadays but can still run for quite a long while without the need for recharge.
Additional features include Bluetooth, GPS but alas, no radio.
In my opinion, this is a really good phone with some phenomenal capabilities with hardly any drawbacks and would highly recommend this for someone looking for a good camera, an impressive RAM and a good chip set.
