The Lowest price of Motorola Moto E5 Play in Pakistan was Rs. 9,999.
The Motorola Moto E5 Play is an entry-level smartphone by Motorola that aims to target the new-to-smartphones and budget-restricted audience. With basic specifications and a sleek deign, the Moto E5 Play makes a good choice for a secondary smartphone.
The Motorola Moto E5 Play comes with a simple bar phone design with thick bezels on the top and bottom on the front. On the front, there is a 5.2-inch display centered above the Motorola logo and below the front camera and earpiece. On the back, there is a stylish camera and flash setup with a fingerprint scanner on the signature ‘M’ logo. The smartphone is made up of high-quality plastic and though it is a budget smartphone, we have seen better designs within the same price group (particularly by Xiaomi).
Moving on the display, everything is pretty much basic with the Motorola Moto E5 Play with a 5.2-inch HD display with a pixel density of 282 ppi. Though there is nothing spectacular about the display, it is adequate for basic tasks and games with good color reproduction. You cannot complain much about the low sharpness with such a low price tag on the smartphone.
Despite being a trimmed down version of the Motorola Moto E5, the Moto E5 Play features the same powerful chipset i.e. the Qualcomm Snapdragon 425. The quad-core processor and Adreno 308 GPU work seamlessly well together to provide great performance. The Moto E5 Play can handle basic routine tasks including calls, video playback, gaming, messaging, and web browsing with ease and without lag.
The Motorola Moto E5 Play has a basic camera with a 8 MP rear sensor and a 5 MP selfie sensor, both of which have their own LED flash units. The primary camera features autofocus and HDR which help in improving the image quality. Overall, the image quality is nothing exceptional but the contrast is good and the colors are lively, though there is a lot of noise under low light conditions. The 5 MP selfie camera can take some decent selfies with good color reproduction and crisp image quality.
The Moto E5 Play has a 2800 mAh non-removable battery which has an average endurance rating. The battery life on the Motorola Moto E5 Play is not as impressive as that on the Moto E5 but you should be able to get through a day with moderate use including web browsing and video playback. Luckily, there is 5V/2A fast charging on the Moto E5 Play which compensates for the poor battery life. You can take the Moto E5 Play from 0% to 100% in around 1 hour and 30 minutes. As for connectivity, the Moto E5 Play has Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio, and microUSB 2.0.
