Huawei Honor 10 Price

Introduction:

The Huawei Honor series is renowned for its great value for money and excellent performance in the high midrange price. The Honor 10 is the latest addition to this series with a beautiful glass and aluminum design and bezel-less display. From a high-performing chipset to a superb camera, the Huawei Honor 10 is a smartphone that has all the ends covered for you.

Display and Design:

The Huawei Honor 10 come with a IPS LCD 5.84-inch display that has a FHD resolution with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The display is sharp and the color reproduction is quite impressive with good overall contrast. There are no signs of pixilation though the blacks are not as good as an AMOLED display. Overall, the display is on par with other smartphones and there is not much you can complain about.

When it comes to design, the Honor 10 features a front and back glass body with the frame made up of aluminum. The build quality is solid and the smartphone offers good protection against falls and accidents. The edge-to-edge bezel-less screen makes the Huawei Honor 10 an eye-catching smartphone. Overall, the look and feel of the Honor 10 are quite impressive. 

Performance:

Despite being a midrange smartphone, the Huawei Honor 10 features the flagship chipset by Huawei i.e. the Hisilicon Kirin 970. The octa-core processor in combination with the Mali-G72 MP12 GPU perform exceptionally and are able to top the benchmarks for this price range. The benchmark scores for the Huawei Honor 10 are 3337, 29435, and 200440 in Basemark OS II 2.0, Basemark X, and AnTuTu 7 which are impressive. 

Camera:

The Huawei Honor 10 features a camera setup with a dual 16MP + 24MP (monochrome) camera on the back and a 24MP camera on the front. There is no optical image stabilization, dual-flash, or 4-axis autofocus on the Honor 10 which are highlights of the P20 and P20 Pro camera, but there is a hybrid lossless 2x zoom and variable aperture. The image quality is impressive in terms of the color and detail but most images come out to be over-sharpened. However, daylight images in general turn out to be quite good with the Honor 10 camera. The same cannot be said about the lowlight and night photos though since there is nothing special about the single-flash, no OIS camera in lowlight. As for selfies and portraits, the Huawei Honor 10’s front camera manages to produce images with good detail and accurate colors.

Battery and Connectivity:

The Huawei Honor 10 features a 3400 mAh battery that is rated to have an endurance rating of 74 hours. You should be able to get just about one day of moderate use (with web browsing and video playback) from the Honor 10 before it goes down to zero. There is fast charging via the SuperCharge adapter on board though. You can charge the Huawei Honor 10 from 0 to 65% in just 30 minutes which is quite impressive. In terms of connectivity, the Huawei Honor 10 has almost everything covered with Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, Infrared, and a USB 2.0 Type-C connector.
