Brief Overview

The 10th Core i3 10100F is certainly a great budget processor. It has four cores and eight threads, which immediately makes it better than the 9100F. For those of you who don’t know, some 9th gen processors lacked hyper-threading, and the return of that feature is a welcome addition here. We say that because of a few reasons. 

The first one is that Intel’s hyper-threading technology actually works quite well. For applications that can make use of the simulated threads, the results are quite good. We’re looking at a whopping 25% to 30% performance increase coming from a Core i3 9100F. The power of hyper-threading really does speak for itself in the end.

Apart from all of that, this is a great entry-level CPU. If you don’t need integrated graphics and want to save some money on an already chip CPU, the 10100F is the one for you.
